Exchange Process:

– Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be securely packaged and returned using a trackable shipping service.
– Inspection and Shipping: Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected. If it meets our conditions, we will proceed with the exchange and ship your new order. Shipping costs for the exchanged item will be at your expense.
